Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Job Analysis
Engage corporate clients to define exact role requirements, competency frameworks, and target profiles.
Sourcing & Headhunting
Utilize professional networks, talent databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry channels to source top candidates.
Competency-Based Interviewing
Screen candidates through structured behavioral interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks.
Shortlisting & Client Presentations
Present curated candidate shortlists and detailed evaluation reports to hiring managers.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding
Facilitate salary negotiations, offer letter acceptance, and post-placement follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or Marketing.
Experience
3+ years in recruitment agency or corporate talent acquisition roles in East Africa.
Technical Competencies
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, competency evaluation frameworks.
Behavioural Competencies
Strong persuasion skills, relationship building, target-driven mindset, active listening, and high energy.
